Shelley Clayton
Shelley Clayton comes to Carolina Pediatric Surgery with 20+ years of medical experience including billing, coding, and practice management. Shelley is a native of Raleigh, NC and only ventured out of Raleigh long enough to get her degree from the University of North Carolina of Chapel Hill. Over the last few years, Shelley has continued her education and has obtained her Medical Coding and Billing Certification from the AAPC. Shelley has one daughter whose dancing schedule fills much of Shelley’s free time. When not traveling to dance competitions, she spends a ton of time in the kitchen cooking and behind her sewing machine quilting.
Quintina Bohanan
Quintina Bohanan graduated in 2010 with an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from James Sprunt Community College. She brings to Carolina Pediatric Surgery eight years of experience. Prior to coming to Carolina Pediatric Surgery, Quintina served her hometown of Wallace, NC at New Hanover Regional Medical Center Urgent Care for four years. She has also spent the last four years in a Primary Care setting. She enjoys caring for others, especially children. With four children of her own, Quintina finds that caring for children is indeed her passion. She spends most of her free time with her kids and doing the things they love to do.
